What I get from this movie is once we want something and
that’s the best, can give good influence then strive for it. Do it anyway, find
for help as we live here with interdependence, which is we should rely on one
another. This kind of movie reminds me wherever we go and whatever we do the
crucial point is we have to ask for our parents’ bless. As we didn’t do it, we
will never feel the serenity in doing something despite a small task. Why I say
it previous because the main character, Akeelah joined a spelling contest and
her dear mum didn’t know it. As she got went to final, she invited her mum to
come along and as we know our mum will always be our strength throughout this
tough life. Like what I really hope for, her mum came and at first she
disapproved her daughter to join, but after she was brainwashed by Akeelah’s
mentor, she can think positively. Akeelah won the contest and felt blissful.
Actually, she shared the same position
with a loyal boy. No matter what she gone through that’s only because of
supports from people surround her. Tips of her success are just learned and learn,
we will not stop learning as too much to discover. Always practice and it will
make it perfect. The movie reminded me of the supports always given from both
of my lovely parents to my siblings and me. I know that our parents for sure
will always be there for us in our laugh and tears. They support us as long as
they know that is the best amazing and eligible to us. But, what kind of things that we can do to pay off their
hardness and tough time throughout to make
us more stronger than them. Akeelah did it, she tried to make her mum happy and
proud of her by succeeding in any challenges.
